cant get rid of blue error screen HELP!!!!!!!!!!

could someone please help i cannot get shut of the blue error screen when i turn on my psp. I press circle as instructed to load the previous settings but when it boots back up it just comes up with the same it is on firmware 1.5 so i cannot use the recovery menu i cant even get to usb mode to try putting custom firmware on to it can anyone help

sometimes you have to do this many times to clear it... try at least 7 or 8 attempts, if it still never clears then you could be in trouble.

im new to this BSOD on psp especially maybe it might be the input signal maybe is ur psp pre owned by any chance or i could be totally wrong
