K My PSP came in today its Version 1.5 Im ready to upgrade but Was curious I go to my computer so I can backup my files but it says Please Insert Disk into Drive x: My computer Recognizes and was curious if this was normal.

I have the 1.5 to 3.03 oe-c exe

Do I need to have my Memory Stick(1gb) in or Can I leave it out

Getting my facts Straight before I go and attempt :). Thank You. I was not sure about that because someone was telling me you have a small amount of space in your PSP and it confused me.
