GBA & PS1 emulater HELP!!!

I have a gba emulater on my psp and i put games on it but then when i click on it to load it says sorry to inform you but your psp has just crashed error: Static elf.

I have tryed all kinds of games and when i load them they all still say the same thing.

I also have a ps1 emulater on my psp but when i putit on my psp and loaded i could click on the game but the screen was just black but the home button still worked so i could go to my home...

PLZ Help me!

To play PS1 games just use custom firmware 3.03oec or higher, you don't need an emulator.
