What you need to do is...
1. Re-install your custom firmware
2. make sure your game is like this /PSP/Game/Folder/EBOOT.PBP

Then it should work no bother or you could also try...

3. Turn on the PSP and hold R,
4. Hack menu should come up
5. Go to settings
6. Change Kernal to 1.5
7. Restart the PSP
7. Connect USB Conection
8. Put the games back on
