what is the best thing you can do with homebrew compared to a PSP thats updated to the latest firmware?

if it's on another person's psp i have one word...devhook cuz if u emulate 3.10 or somthing then the guy will think that u screwed him over then u show him what u did and have a good laugh about it

u can also forget about 1.5 and go to 3.03 oe-c...it has 1.5 features as well...in that case the coolest hack is fully custumizable xmb's, u can look in my profile for a picture

3.03 has 1.5 features? so there aint any need to downgrade to 1.5?
since both are good, which one is better ?
