"External Exception" when converting in AVS Video Tools

Hi!
After I downloaded AVS yesterday, I tried to convert a .rmvb file to (PSP) .MP4 format, but when I hit "Start", "External exception E06D7363" came up, and I have no idea what it means.
Any suggestions?
