Converting Xploder v4/v5 Code for Xploder v2?

Hi there guys

Recently i have a problem. :(
Basically, i have bort a hard drive for my ps2 got it all set up etc, all my games work fine but have realised that i cannot use my action replay max devise on these as it does not boot up the hd advance. However, i do own an xploder v2 disk and aparently this will allow you to load cheat for games on the hd. But here is the main problem.
Xploder only do codes for v4/v5 now so i cannot update the xploder v2 to the games i have.
Does any1 know how to convert xploder v4/v5 code into working codes for xploder v2

p.s. i hear something like maxconvert works? but don't know how to convert this way
