hi sir first of all im noob in psp, i would like to know what devhook is and what can it do? i have a 3.11 psp and im still waiting for the downgrader. but as i was looking in the youtube i saw this, i just dont know if its true or fake.

No, you cannot use devhook, if you tried searching this forum you would have found lots of threads regarding this subject.
