ive been hacking for a while and i have my psp at 3.03oec. i also hacked my friends psp's and showed them how to do it. but whenever a new firmware comes out, i am reluctant to put it on my psp because although i no DAX is awesome, his firmwares still have there kinks. so what firmware is the most stable 1. ive mostly delt with 3.03oec and 3.10oea and oec seems to be the better firmware. when i use oea, i dont no how to explain it, but it doesnt feel smooth....or something like that...idunno...anyway does any1 no what is the most stable

also, my friend had gotten static on his psp after doing something with it. i fixed it for him but does any1 no what would cause that?
