Hi, please help me!!!

When trying to make the disc image using both "DVD Decrypter" and "Alcohol 120%" it got to 29% and then came up with "I/O error" or something like that. Is this a type copy protection or just a disc read error?

P.S. Its not the burner, tried it on two different machines.
