Hi, I have a nokia 6103 b.

I got it in Ecuador in a company named Porta , and I want to use it in mexico. with the company Telcel.

the imei is 353663/01/552755/7

#pw+106 594 721 415 113+7#

I tried with the code above, but the phone told me "The restriction can not be anulled"

Please help me. I dont want to buy another phone.
