I need some advice as to what I am missing.

I just modded my v14 with a DMS 4 SE PRO. I can play all normal DVD copies I've made just fine. The problem I'm running into now is when I've edited the music (AFS files) in Smackdown Vs. Raw 2007.

I followed steps on Smacktalks.org for editing the AFS file.

A regular backup of this game runs fine, but when I edit the AFS file (thus making it larger) I receive the "This disc cannot be played" error. I'm fairly certain that I'm not limited to the original size of the file due to the capabilities to allocate more space for larger files being imported into the AFS file.

I am using toxic os .41 also. Any advice would be appreciated as I plan on tackling Guitar Hero 2 next and may run into the same issues.
