It's becoming disturbing : any company can have your money. Say that Thingy is manufacturing Cd ROM drives for example. They would just have to register to this forum and post "Thingy is bullshit". Then they sue the administrators and get their money after the trial !

This includes any intellectual, material and/or financial loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the material.
But yes, the ruling is scary and I sure hell hope that some civil liberties group will take that into European Court and fight it and get the freedom of speech back to forums.
Hopefully now all the morons, who ask for pirated software, movies, subtitles, etc understand slightly better WHY we are such an assholes and moderate stuff away from the boards as soon as we notice it, shut down certain users' accounts and stuff.
