Weird screen when quitting game

When I quit the game my background which are waves I get a really weird screen like a television without signal. Also I have an image 01-12 but it dosent want to read it and I already resize it and it dosent work only the waves apper, can someone tell me if this have to do with the flash0 been -14 or something?
