Right, I've just sent off my 360 to get it modded with the Xtreme softmod. And the reason i want it modded is so that i can play backups of games that i already own.

So i just need to know whats the best way to start off and what tools i need (Hardware/software).

Heres what i've gathered so far from browsing through many different boards.

- I have a NEC ND-3520A DVD burner, the website says it supports Dual layer burning, anyone know if this is a good drive or should i buy another one and if so which one?
- Obviously some Dual layer DVD+R's (Best brand?)
- I need to burn at a slow speed

But when it gets into the specifics of anything i get completely lost.

So, I have my game and i want to copy it... what's the first step i take?

Please read the tutorials made by our dear members,it will greatly help you to understand everything you want to know.And the best DVD+R DL is Verbatim,that's the best you can get.
