GOW2 Split PART1.PAK after rebuilding.

I have extracted both the paks and replaced some files in them. I plan to use the rebuilt ISO on HDLoader.

The problem is that when i click rebuild in Xpert2 it spits out a single PART1.PAK which is 7.94 GB. How do I split this back into 2 parts. I cant split it at the same position as the original pak's size because i have changed some files.

Even if i do split it, wont the rebuilt GODOFWAR.TOC still point to the 1st pak for all the files ?
