What do you think the future of modding is for the X-box 360 ? Is this as far as it will go ? Firmware & Crappy Mod chips ? Or maybe a soft mod could be possible in the future ?

Just curious to hear your thoughts.

most likely mod chips would be the end all mod for the 360, same as it has been for every system to be modded. as for the "crappy mod chip" comment. That would only come from a softmodder, and before you say it a softmod is not as good as a mod chip.

Why is a softmod not as good as a mod chip?.

PSP softmods owns the psp mod chips.
And the xbox softmods where just as good as mod chips imo.

So what is it that a mod chip can do that a softmod cant on both of them systems?.
