ISO file not being displayed

I have a PSP with fw 3.03 OE-C

I have copied a ISO to the ISO folder on the memory stick (ISO is about 250 MB)

however when I go to Game then memory stick, I can not see the ISO image

what am I doing wrong

I have read all the posts and what I have done should work

the Iso's should go into a ISO Folder on the root of the memorystick

answer any psp related question. know a bit in C++ written a couple of programs i got 2 psp on is briced and other is original 3.40 firmware.i got a Core 2 Extreme QX6700 with a geforce 8800 GTX PC 2 ipods
and a PS3

well make sure that there arnt multiple files in the begining and also make sure there is an eboot file with it
