Not much I can help you there. Next time you create an account with a password, add a hint to help you remember.

I have a disk called "pc tools 2007" with heaps of system tools and various warez on it.. lol
Can't tell you where to find it, but it has a little application called xpass which runs from the disk, and can reveal passwords in windows boxes.
There is another option with a linux live cd, but I can't really say any more about that without letting too much of a cat out of the bag.

I have a bartPE that does the same -jan-
Try going into safemode and try to change the password, if its critical to grab the info off the HDD then connect it to another PC as a slave drive and access it that way.
