no, the emulator just checks for any umd.
and seph u did say that u dont think the fix is for the iso u have, that maybe why? whats the name of the naruto u have?

the Narutonp folder goes like this?
PSP
MP_ROOT
ISO
narutonp
Or do I still don't get it?
Seph wheres yout X folder? you need the narutonp and the x folder on the root

i got a question the pspdbzfix folder in there, is custom folder and then mphgameloader but in the mphgameloader is flash1 folder and also a flash1.rar do i leave the flash1.rar in there and put it in the psproot? or do i extend the flash1.rar to mphgameloader and overwrite the flash1 folder that was already there or just leave it the way it is any put it in psp root?

i got the dbz game to work, but i tried another street fighter and this samurai game and they didnt work, when i did system load and look at the umd thing and there it showed street figter, samurai game, but when i tried to load it with mphgameloader it wont load, also when i tried to exited by press home and when i click on yes it freezes. so can anyone help also i was wonder how do u load isos from dax iso loader cause that program can shrink can lower the mb. thanks

For street fighter a different method is used. You have to use a FiX. Get the fix for street fighter from here: http://www.ps2nfo.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&file=viewarticle... and follow the instructions on the same page (note: to download you have to register with PS2NFO first, I would recommend doing this as they anyway as they release many fixes -sometimes almost daily).

You can download the latest DAXZISO Loader package from: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/429
That package contains the loader as well as the compressor (DAX Creator). Just open up DAX Creator and specify the input ISO and and ouput DAX file. Select the compression level (where 9 is the greatest compression). Click OK and a compressed .ISO.DAX file will be created. You can run this file using the DAX loader. Just copy the two DAX ISO Loader files (one with a % and without a %) to your PSP\GAME folder. And just run it like UMD Emulator from the GAME-->Memory Stick menu on your PSP.

Alright, I got the fix from PS2NFO and this is what I have now
PSP
MS_ROOT
ISO
ISOMISC
ISOSPLIT
MPHGameLoader
UMDEMULATOR
X
narutop
In the narutop folder I have
ICON0.PNG, PARAM.SFO, PIC1.PNG, and SND0.AT3
Folders: SYSDIR, USRDIR
I did the step by step instructions on moving everything to the narutop folder from using the isobuster, and put the files in the narutop folder from the fix.
And the file I got of the Naruto game is called: PSP - Naruto Nultimate Portable [JPN] [WwW.GamesTorrents.CoM]

Adn when I start RunUMD and press X to play the game it just plays the game that is in the UMD. When I take the game out of the PSP and have it start, it complains there is no Disk in the PSP to play it.

Ha Ha! I got it working last night!
Instead of clicking on RunUMD to try and run the game, I clicked on the Naruto game, then it took me to RunUMD's program and it played through there.
Thanks so much to all you guys :D I wonder if there's a translation for this game.... lol

Well after playing around with it, I can say it's a pretty fun and addictive game. The single player is fun, but geez.. it's long. You have to go through 100 floors worth of fighting, games, and the like. After a few hours of playing I'm at the 50th Floor and I'm calling it quits for now.
If you want to unlock more characters in the game you'll have to go through that entire thing, plus from what I read another 30 on top of that.
It'll be well worth it once I get all the characters, but the game is pretty fun. I recommend it to anyone who's into Naruto, this does take place where the anime is at I think. You don't have sasuke as a character, you'll have to unlock him.

I've tried so many things but Dragonball Z Shin Budokai fails to work. When the game starts, the screen goes black and just does nothing. The settings were the same as stated earlier in the thread. What can I do to fix this?
I'm running on the 1.5 firmware, my iso is 319MB and yes, I have inserted a UMD when trying to run it.

i got a question my friend has a 1.52 psp and we dl eboot for 2.00, but when we go to memory stick and load update 2.00 it would start and then says no game found i think something like that
