Only try the code once and once only!!!
Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.
If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.
If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed
If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.
Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the code.
Here is your code: #pw+429387247650772+7#
If the mobile gives no response/no message then do the following: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button, a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok
Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Please reply with your results. :)

Please read ALL of the instructions below before you start.See the "Note:If nothing happens." below.

If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 3 to 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It will still work on your Network so no big loss.

Pay attention. You only heve about two seconds.
Note:If nothing happens. Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim. Before you do this, make sure the sim you use does NOT have a security PIN CODE. If it does, reset the security code to default 12345. Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. You will see "phone restricted", select the UNDO option,then enter the code in the restriction box and press ENTER.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code.STOP tell me.
"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's hard locked. Used up all your free tries!!

Sorry not respond yesterday but i had to move.
Regarding the code I have a problem when typing, as soon as i type they only stay 1 or 2 seconds, that means i cannot see all the characters #pw....
Can help ?

Good day fellow AfterDawn members.
I am trying to unlock my Nokia 1600 phone as well
(IMEI: 010733/00/556563/9)and I am very new to the unlocking scene. I tried to just widely available Nokia unlocking software found on the net however none of them seemed to work and most of them contained virii/trojans. If anyone could help me unlock my phone, I would be forever greatful.
Any help would be appreciated.
