its smart & globe i tried it but the "Phone restrictions off" did not appear i tried inserting my globe sim card it said sim registration failed and the lights is blinking. thanks for the help etowah.

when your Globe sim is in the phone can you enter the menu? also Smart & Globe are different networks, the phone has got to be locked to one or the other
