iam have a psp custom firmware 3.03oec i just needed someones advice on the new 3.40 by dark alex whts the difference is it better and wht r the new features and shall i upgrade it to 3.40 oe a?? or stick with 3.03oec and if i want to upgrade do i have to downgrade it to 1.5? or i can upgrade it from oe thanks!!

It's way better. There is way more compatability with the PSX emulator, You get high-res video's, you CAN FULLY customize your psp just like oe-c, and all the new apps are being made for it. There isn't a reason not to upgrade.
