Is the Pioneer 111d the best burner to burn Xbox 360 games?

Is the Pioneer 111d the best burner to burn Xbox 360 games? I want to make sure this is the best burner to burn backups before I buy it.

I have the pioneer 112d.
Before that i used both an lg and a sony with variable results.
Not had one failed burn or open disc error since using the pioneer

There isn't much between the 111d and the 112d, The reason i got the 112d was a) its newer, b)it was available and the 111d wasn't.
I updated the firmware immediately though it will burn straight away with the firmware it came with. Always a good idea to keep firmware updated= greater compatability.
Its extremely easy to use and install, the firmware updating is also a doddle.
I use the latest version of ImgBurn for burning which is free and freely available.
I use this drive exclusively for 360 games and have yet to have a failure. Currently I have been using Aone DVD+R double layer discs and have burnt 18 in a row with no fails, though the same goes for verbatims (at more than twice the price though)
I kept the LG GSA-H10N for everything else, xbox1 and ps2 included.
You won't go far wrong with the pioneer, it deserves its reputation as being the best 360 game burner.

WELL I just looked on Newegg and they just got in some 111d's should I get the 112d or 111d?

Personally I'd get the 112d as I know it works perfectly and its a newer burner.
There won't be much difference in cost but either will work fine.Completely your call, many people swear by the 111d, the 112d is just the newer version.

The 112D is as good as the 111D,it's just a newer version and has a bit more capabilities.I think over the time the 111D will be no longer as it will be completely replaced by the 112D,i already started to see some places no more carrying the 111D,but the new ones.Most people are using the 111D because at that time the newer one was not yet out,but you should be good with any both of them.
