can someone help me, my problem is that my memory card cant be read, what should i do

I bought one off eBay and when i got mine it kept saying format failed. I tried to format it about 8 times before it finally formatted correctly, been working fine ever sense. I tried formating on the psp and through windows while connected with the USB.

also try defraging and error checking via the pc
