Might try using ULEAD DVD factory. I took a couple SVCD movies and converted them to DVD. I Created my own menus and title page and everything else. You can even put music in the title page if you want. Cool program. Only quirk was that the resulting dvd only played in my computer and on the PS2 (modded with DMS v3). Wouldn't play on my stand-alone (it played but the video was all screwed up. When I hit fast forward the video cleared up but as fast forward goes there was no audio but the menus did play fine.). Hope this helps.
