CW Cheat? ERROR

Well I followed the tutorial and I have the CW cheat installer and the cheat database installer on my psp. When I go to install it I click on the installer, and it says The game could not be started (8002014C)

Please help me

I have version 3.30 OE-A firmware.

first off CWCHEAT is very glitchy. make sure you have the newest version out. qj.net always has the newest one there. next check to see if no umd is enabled and you have a umd in the psp. work with a few settings. then again it could be a bad rip
