I can't upload video on to Xilisoft DVD Creator 3

I'm having trouble uploading my videos on Xilisoft DVD Creator 3. They are wmv format, but it says failed "the following videos failed to be added" in a log. This program can add music not like super dvd creator 9.2, so is there any programs similar to Xilisoft because i want to creat a dvd menu with music. Thanks
