I'm experiencing some messed up displays with my PSTwo, connected to an HDTV LCD with component cables. Games work just fine (and PAL games look and play perfectly on my NTSC console/TV, unlike on CRTs!), but homebrew doesn't fare so well. Specifically, Swap Magic 3.6, SNESStation 0.24 and PGEN 1.5.1 all produce output that is squished vertically to the top half of the screen, and stretched horizontally past the right edge. Here's an example:

Swap Magic isn't a big deal, it still works fine, I just have to memorize what buttons to push for loading the occasional PAL game, but SNES Station and PGEN are unusable. Is there any way to get them to display properly, short of switching back to composite cables or editing the emulator code? My hunch is no, but I thought I'd ask in case someone else knew a magical solution. Don't disappoint me, magical person! ;-)
