Yes, I know you're running Windows XP SP2 on a Mac due to the HijackThis log :)

You've got a couple of nasties there.

First of all, download LSPFix. Extract all of the archive into a folder and run it. There should be an error; click "Finish" and it will attempt to fix it. Open up LSPFix again, and there should not be an error.

Secondly, open HijackThis. Do a scan only, and place check marks beside the following entries if found:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [runner1] C:\WINDOWS\retadpu4.exe 61A847B5BBF72816228849360B8D1BE1C59331416DC57C032CBD1BE3D2906418338B2B092EAD1B90 C8EF456B4CEF4731119554A396D2664770856D1E27
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_01\bin\ssv.dll (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_01\bin\ssv.dll (file missing)
O23 - Service: Process Pacifier (ProcessPacifier) - Unknown owner - C:/Program Files/Process Pacifier/ProcessPacifier.x86.exe" -Service ProcessPacifier (file missing)

Click "Fix Checked".

Now, reboot your computer into Safe Mode. Look for and delete this file:

C:\WINDOWS\retadpu4.exe

Rename HijackThis.exe to asdf.exe and post another logfile.

Ok I just did that, I did notice some other files such as "RtlUpd.exe" and "RtlExUpd.dll" should I be concerned with any these? Also LSPFix didn't give me an error

You literally need a firewall. Search Comodo firewall on Google, download it, and install it. Use it, too.

Never delete files in the WINDOWS, SYSTEM, or SYSTEM32 folder unless prompted to by an expert (or someone with more experience than you). Doing so could mess up your operating system, and as LSPFix very sarcastically states, reinstalling your OS is not very fun.

Do a scan with HijackThis, fix these:

O16 - DPF: {02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B} (QuickTime Object) - http://a1540.g.akamai.net/7/1540/52/2006...ex/qtplugin.cab
Unknown
O23 - Service: Process Pacifier (ProcessPacifier) - Unknown owner - C:/Program Files/Process Pacifier/ProcessPacifier.x86.exe" -Service ProcessPacifier (file missing)

Download and install Avira AntiVir. Do a scan and remove any crap it finds.

Did you rename HijackThis? If not, rename it and post another logfile. If so, post another logfile anyways :)
