Well I fawked up my dvd drive by trying to do desolder it. Ive come to the conclusion that I need a new drive. Ebay seems to be selling them and my question is this.

Originally I had a Samsung m28 drive, will a m25 drive work in my xbox or do I need to buy another m28?

The m25 is a lot easier to flash so I just want confirmation that it will work with my xbox.

Blue pad, and the second point on that pic is covered by a solid black tar which i cant remove.

So will a m25 drive work on my xbox that originally had a m28 drive?
