DVDshrink porblem need help

recently, my DVDshrink 3.2 doesn't work any more. Symptoms as follow--after analysing stage & click the backup icon, the drive tray opens & screen display error. Have tried to uninstall DVDshrink, reload/reinstall from website, still doesn't work. The PC is an older version using Window ME. Do not have such problem with laptop using Window XP. When transferring the laptop working version to the desk top ME system, problem persist.

Have you tried Recode or CloneDVD 2, or another transcoding program to see if you're getting a similar problem with them? Trial versions of the software are available. Sounds like whatever your problem is, it's not in Shrink, but affecting Shrink operation.
