Trouble copying DVD Star Trek Wrath of Khan...

I am having trouble getting the second disc, which has all the Special Features on it, using DVDXCOPY. It seems to give you only half of the disc. If you try to add a chapter to the first disc, it says it is
7.90 GB and the second disc shows the other half of the special features. If you try to skip to the second disc - you get a message that says the disc 1 is too long and it won't copy disc 2. Can you please help find out why this happens. I would be very grateful. Thanks
