First time ever Flashing XBOX 360!!

I have an XBOX 360 that I'm going to try and flash for the first time. I've read alot of forums but I just want to double check to make sure I have everythign right. I was just wondering what exactly I need to successfully flash my drive. I have an Hitachi drive, tho im not sure of what number it is. I read that you need an SATA cable or sumthin. I was jsut wondering what else I needed and what SATA Cable or connection should I get?

you need tools to open the xbox. torx 10 screwdrive. you also need the firmware. you ca get it from xbinx

sorry i wasn't quite claer enough on my original post lol...i knew all abotu the tools u needed to open the xbox and shit and i allready put the xbins file that i need for the drive on my computer. Are there any specific SATA cards and cables that i need with a certain computer cuz i have an emachines computer.....any suggestions for a SATA card and cable?
