Im currently on 3.03OE C, and want to know which program to use to customize my xmb, texts etc.

Is it a program, and does it contain a readme?

It just im a little hesitant when it involves flash.

Is it worth me going to 3.40OE? will it make customizing easier?

Way easier my friend... 3.03 is way old now. 3.40 has more than that and easier to deal with.

just found the 3.40oe on psp-hacks,, am now upgrading.

ok, i was just upgrading using the readme and files from psp-hacks, and while i was running the oeupdatemaker, an red error message came up and said try again in 10 secs. it put me back to my xmb.

is there an easy install, cause i cant find one.
