I have 3.40 OE, I liked the idea of customizing my psp. There is no download out there with instructions on how to use this. I'm guessing you need another program to use this one, but I'm not finding anything linking each one.

I thought this was for the easy and safe people looking to customize their psp. I'm lost, plain and simple.

Could I get some instructions for Easy Theme Flasher 1.3 for 3.40 OE?
