I Installed vista as a second boot (Vista on one partition and XP on another) and i took ownership of some files in Vista. well i realized that Vista is not for me so i went back to XP but the files that i took ownership in Vista, i cant access in XP, how do i fix this?

Release ownership thru Vista. If you've removed Vista....it may not be possible.
