I TRY UPGRADING WITH PSP 3.03 OE-C TO A PSP 3.40 OE-A BUT I NOTICE THAT A NOTE CAME OUT DISPLAYING ( THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED ) ( 8002014C ) WHAT SHOULD I DO ? OR WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Why would you want to go to 3.40? 3.03 OE-C is fine, put the update thing in your game folder, im guessing you put it in the ISO folder

I went from 1.5 to 3.40 OE-A, Is 3.03 better or something?

Yes, I currently have 3.03 OE-C and its the best. If I want to downgrade back to 1.5 or lower I can always but with 3.10 and higher, no no.

I'm sorry, but that has got to be the single most stupid thing I have ever seen. Its 100% Grade A possible to go from 3.10 OE-X -> 3.03 OE-C, 3.30 OE-X -> 3.03 OE-C, or from 3.40 OE-X to 3.03 OE-C.

It's possible from 3.40 if you downgrade to 1.5.
