this machine comes with a 80gig harddrive,,anyone try to upgrade the harddrive to a 250gig or higher,,,thinking of buying this recorder and putting in a bigger harddrive,,rumour has it you dont need to do anything to it just plug and play,,,cheers

ok i can confirm this,,i took out the 80gig and put in a maxtor 250gig,formatted it and now i have 127hrs in sp mode,,just plug and play,,you gota love it,,,all that work for the pionner to upgade,,not for me,,cheers
