ok guys i have a westell modem and its connected to ny D-Link and when i turn on my psp and turn on the Wlan and scan for a connection it comes up with my computers and it has no wep or wpa or whatever and i click it and try to go to the internet and it wont connect and agian the signel is 100% and please dont use all these high tech words heh im not that good with comps and etc im a step by step person if u think u can help me please help me i want to go online with my psp and on the last site i tryed to get help from they never helped me they just viewed it and left it so please help is all im asking

try unplugging the power lead on your router. then plug it back in. sounds daft but its worked for me.

do you only use the router for your psp? if not try see if what ever else you use connects or gets signal.
