only time i have even seen that chip mentioned is from people over in India and china where i think it is more popular. It is just a cheap clone chip. As far as what it can do, i have no idea.

yes, you can play back ups just like any other chip. You just have to download and flash the chip with the hacked firmware available on the internet.

All chips come with a base firmware that does not play back up games, this is how they can leagally sell them all over. Because without the hacked firmware they do not do anything illegal. So you the user have to flash the chip with a firmware which will give the chip all of the features that you wanted.
