HI i have nokia 7610 imei no. 357070007231071. whenever i change the sim. their comes a eroor message that "PHONE STARTUP FAILED... CONTACT THE RETAILER."" and it starts only when i format it, bye "*,3, green".
pllzzz help me to solve this problem
