A friend of mine just downloaded imgburn and is having problems creating the .iso file. I can't remember the steps. Can someone assist me with this? Thanks.

Imgburn is the burning program. You create the ISO file with either
DVD Decrypter or Shrink. Look under the guides. You will find very
good instructions on how to use them. Look under software for the
downloads.
There is a very good guide for Imgburn here also.

ISO is created with Imgburn in "Build" mode...

An ISO image (.iso) is a disk image of an ISO 9660 file system, it's basically a single file that represents your movie in the .iso format/file system. There are apps that can be used create a .iso image of your video files (or any file sets), once the image has been created, all you need is an app that can burn it to disk (imgburn will do both as far as video files are concerned).
