i have downloaded smackdown vs raw 2007 which is a WinRAR file but after extracting i got a cso file in ut i am unable to open it i have tried many softwarea 7-zip,demon tools but know change in it so please any one help me to open it

Well a quick search yields this, ".CSO is a compression method for the ISO image format. It is used to compress dumped PlayStation Portable UMD games, and is an alternative to the .DAX compression method."

You sure you didn't get a PSP version of the game? :P What is the file size? If it's around ~1GB you have the PSP version, if it's 3-4GB you have the PS2 game.
