Ok i have Files that are like 7 gigs, but i was wandering can i use DVD Shrink just to make that standalone file smaller using DVD Shrink? For example can i use FFVII advent Children ISO, A 7 gig to a 4gig without that video ts fILE? I just want the Image a smaller size. Thanks.

You should be able to. In Shrink go to file>open disc image. Pick the iso you want to compress.

Binkie is right. To Shrink opening an ISO image is no different than opening a DVD. Both contain the Video_TS folder with the VOB, BUP, and IFO files. If you doubt my word, open an ISO in a virtual drive or with an archive tool like WinRAR. Shrink will transcode and give you the smaller file it the original is DVD compliant. I'd suggest using the AEC settings (Quality Settings) in Shrink for better quality.
