Everytime i click on a folder such as my documents I get the message that says:

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

can anyone help me on this problem, also when I try to open WinAvi I keep getting an External exception error message & it wont open, thanks for any help

that has been recently happening to me too. did a full virus check, but nothing pooped up.

if your getting the error report box you can disable it by right clicking on the my computer icon and pressing the advanced tab and you will see error reporting button at the bottom.
