I just have a few questiosn because my psp bricked and I can't send it to Snoy so I need to get a chip that will correct my bricked psp.
-How much does it/will it cost?
-Any instructions on how to install?
-Where/when can I get one?

it costs about maybe 65.00 US and that sucks that your psp is bricked.. IT is very ,VERY unwise to do this by yourself unless you are an expert, so this means you got to pay for the price and installation. Any local mod store should have one lol:P...you can also order from www.mod-chip.com....this is for the psp mod chip and answers pretty much any q's you have...hope i've been a help

damn mod-chip.com keeps pushing back the estimated time of arrival for the devolution chip =( wtf first it was april 16 then like april 21 then may 5 now may 13???.....im beginning to question if the devolution chip is actually gonna be mass produced or what >.<

they already released some...i haven't heard of them pushing it back but umm...if you go on youtube there's actual footage of a guy opening it and checking out what's in the package... and on the site it says IN STOCK

i just checked mod-chip.com and it still says ''Preorder ETA May 12, 2007. Order now to ensure you are the first inline to get yours when first stock arrives.'' what site are ya looking at? =/ if its another tell me cause i need this chip =)

hey np about the confusion that chip is way more promoted than the dev chip...yea it would cost more to get it installed but..i think if you buy it from certain places they would do a rather cheap install fee

hey if your lucky enough then downgrade =p lol but if the worst happens and it bricks then buy the chip but the undiluted platinum chip isnt compatible with newer motherboards
