please help cant get hitachi v59 into mode b

please help i cant seem to get a hitachi 59 into mode b using slax cd.
i have done a hitachi 47 plus 78 with no problems but this one is been a right nightmare.

any tips would be cool cheers

Slax1 and a SIL3112a chipset will put the troublesome 59 drive into modeB and flash it.

With your current card you'll have to probably have to do the 2 wire trick. It's a little risky, but it's not hard to do. I've done it a bunch of times. Check this thread. There's a couple of tips in there for it plus I posted a mini to a mini guide I posted on Xboxscene toward the end.
