Im not a newbie, BUT.. need help flashing MS25. "CHDIR Failed for 'XBC'.

As I said, im not a newbie I have flashed many Hitachi drives, but this is my first Samsung drive. I thought I had done everything right using Xtreme Bootmaker and making a NTFS disc, but something is wrong. When I get into the prompt where I am suppose to click my drive, and then put in cd XBF.. its not working, instead its giving me an message saying "CHDIR Failed for 'XBC'. Can anyone please help me out. I have read and read, so im not just trying to take the easy way out, BUT I am soo confused and need ANY help.
