i got a psp and saw my friend playing a umd from the psp menu
can any1 tell me how to mod my psp that i can play umds....

my psp system software is 2.71

I have the same version like u,its very easy to downgrade and put custom fireware in 2.71. Just check this forum and u will find all tutorials u need.

youll have to downgrade to v1.5 and then upgrade to a custom firmware such as 3.30oe.
